BOTH is a venture platform for the shift.
The traditional “problem → solution” model was built for outdated “preset boundaries” and slower feedback loops that do not operate as effectively anymore.
The shift is the transition from stable, linear systems to a world of structural hyper-complexity — where capital, technology, institutions, culture, and intelligence evolve (both) with fixed and chaotic variables simultaneously.
BOTH exist to build within that condition. A device to engage with ventures that hold multiple logics at once: capital and culture, speed and rigor, experimentation and institutional credibility, nature and technology.
